To say you can (or can't) do something in Korean, you need to remove -다 and add (으)ㄹ to the verb.
Then you'll put the particle 수 followed by the verbs 있다/없다 conjugated.
Eg:
I can go → 갈 수 있어요
I can't go → 갈 수 없어요
