INTERROGATIVE FORM

To ask a question, you only need to put the question mark at the end of the sentence, but when it comes to formal questions, it is not enough.

You will need to change the ending -ㅂ니다 into -ㅂ니까, and since this ending is only used for questions, most of the times you shouldn't use the question mark and you should use the intonation of an affirmative sentence.

Eg: do you drink Soju?

소주를 마십니까(?)

소주를 마셔요?

소주를 마셔?
